HRcell is announcing a vacancy for a Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and integrating systems, interfaces, and platforms.
• Provide/lead solutions during the BSS Transformation program
• Drive accountability of Technology performance and CAPEX/OPEX spend both in projects and operations.
• Forecast demand together with the Information Technology department/sections.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks upfront.
• RFP preparations, technical evaluation, and technical feasibility analysis.
• Collaborates with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex solutions
• Develops technical requirements and tasks for IT engineers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide technical and business feedback.
• Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (new and ongoing) by providing documentation and technical guidance.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Analyzing current trends in the technology architecture field and providing recommendations
• Evaluating applications, systems, platforms for compliance with both enterprise and business standards
• Determining the viability of architecture related to organizational change
• Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or a similar field
• 5+ years experience
• Strong IT experience in the Telecom domain with BSS
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Language skills: Fluency in Azeri, Russian, and English (spoken and written) skills
• Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Ericsson or similar e2e BSS stack
• Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test Production)
• Experience in e-commerce and Omni-channel Transformations
• Project management experience, understanding waterfall, agile methodologies frameworks
• Experience using UML (Object Oriented Analysis and Development
• Telecom mobile network and BSS/OSS systems/standards deep knowledge
• Technical architecture and design practices, system design skills
• Knowledge and understanding of virtualization, storage systems, HW principal configurations
• Familiarity with Cassandra, Apache Nifi, Kafka Oracle
